Hello everyone,

I am de-lurking to respond to a rather old message.  The lady in question had 
lost the instructions for Rose petal bread.  I found such a recipe in 
"Medieval Holidays and Festivals: A Calendar of Celebrations" by Madeleine 
Pelner Cosman c.1981, Charles Scribner's Sons, ISBN 0-684-17172-4.  The book 
is oriented towards young adults.  It contains several recipes at the end, 
some which repeat from Fabulous Feasts.  No documentation.  

Anyhow, if the original author of this query will email me privately, I will 
send her the instructions.  I don't have a scanner, so it will take some 
time, but I will get to it ASAP.

I always enjoy reading the list.
