    If it hasn't yet been pointed out, the Floriguem, is an excellent
stating point for any topic of research!  Stephan does a Marvelous job of
updating and delivering the newest updates each month . . .and hopefully
he's pointed the way to his site once or twice now .

    You want "book learning?"  the best thing to see is Jamala's Annonated
Bibliography of Cookbooks. (it's part of the Florigeum) That will help you
get started on what books to read/ cook from.
