SC - Cranberry Sauces?

Here's my favorite cranberry sauce recipe, from Sundays at the Moosewood....

12 oz. cranberries
1/2 cup maple syrup
grated rind and juice of 1 orange (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cardamom
dash of cinnamon

combine in a saucepan, cook about 10-15 minutes over medium heat.

makes 2 cups
