Powdered malt is powdered malt - buy it at any homebrew supply store
as dried malt extract - just be sure to buy the light or extra-light,
and get un-hopped.  Blue ribbon used to sell malt syrup, and maybe
dried malt as well, and it's the same stuff homebrewer's use.
