Hmm. Obviously you are much fonder of grains of paradise than Thai fish
sauce. :-)

(For the new folks, a while back Ras mentioned (I hope it was Ras) that he 
had gone through what to me seemed a hugh amount of Grains of Paradise in
a short time, for just day to day cooking. I don't go through pepper
that fast and I like pepper.
