SC - OOP - help with Brie

Brie wheel, sliced in half, with apricot preserves and carmalized onions,
heated warm, served with rye bread or crackers. You just kinda spread the
preserves on each half and heat, then put the warm carmelized onions on it
and serve it warm.  its good.
