SC - Need venison advice!

How lucky for you!
I personally don't use the bones, but you might want to
freeze them and try a broth later.  If you like it, OK.  If
not, I hope you have a dog.
My collie and my dad's two Boston Terrier's are enjoying
venison and wild hog bones this fall (boiled first, of course
- -- we actually left a lot of meat on the bones and then
throw them away before the dogs start splintering them).
