Franscesco might carry it. I don't know for sure. I get mine from the tree. 
Sumac berries should still have their clumps of red berries on them this time 
of year. Simply gather them and grind.

You might try a bit of lemon juice although I have sufficient sumac growing 
around me that I have never had to substitute. Sumac is used for making a 
drink similar to lemonade.

It adds a bit of tang.
