Agreed. The article was indeed positive. Congratulations to the cook. 
However, I noticed that at least some of the misinformation did creep in such 
as the use of spices to hide the flavor of tainted meat and the false 
supposition that most people baked their own bread. All in all though it was 
refreshing to see an article that showed the SCA in a positive light.
