SC - Help with old recipe (OOP)

One more thing, in the recipe for the jelly, I thought the number stating how 
many apples was a 3, now that I look at it more, maybe it is an 8? It could 
even be a wonky looking seven. It is hard to tell since the writing is so 
old-fashioned. I guess I can try to make it and start out wth three apples 
and if that seems insufficient, add more.
