Hi, 

I am Joachim and am new to the cooks list. I am
originally for Southern CA but I prefer the Bay Area
much more. Although, I am new to Medieval recipes, but
 I am not new to cooking. I have for the most part of
my life worked as a cook and Chef in the US and
Europe. What I really would like to learn from all of
you is how to research for Medieval recipes and where
to find good books on the subject. I don't think it
will take to much for me to transfer my skills in the
Culinary Arts to Medieval recipes. Please feel free to
introduce yourselves to me and I will do the same.
