I couldn't help but commenting here. Since England is renowned for gin
production, I am amazed that this spice is so haed to come by there since it
is not an uncommon ingredients used in gin making. If you have a gin plant
near you, you might try comtacting them and explaining what is you want and
why. They might be able to point you in the right direction.
