Would Tom Emerick be any relation to Tom Bombadil?  I only ask because
the picture in my mind of taking a live calf, dousing it in balsamic
vinegar and then coating it with hazelnut flour is just too rich!  So
then what do you do with it?  Does the calf like the process?  Where
does one get a shake-n-bake bag big enough for a whole calf?  Would it
have to be a kevlar reinforced shake-n-bake bag?  I should think so, as
I'm presuming that, even if our hypothetical live calf stood still for
the vinegar thing, it prolly wouldn't be too pleased about walking into
a big plastic/kevlar bag filled with flour and shook around until well
coated.....
