The recipe appears in Best Recipes From the backs of Boxes, Bottles, Cans
and Jars by Ceil Dyer.  According to the book, it appeared in 1958 on boxes
of Baker's German Sweet Chocolate.  If you look for it on the Web, try
General Foods.
