Greetings unto thee, Adamantius.

Please convey to Caterina Sichlingen Von Nurnburg (Alia Atlas) my gratitude
in discovering her translation of the Wuerzburg cookbook.  It got me started
in trying to cook medievally.  (Not to mention that my persona is from
Wuerzburg, which made it seem extra special.)
