Then you should definitely check out Unmentionable Cuisine by Calvin
Schwabe. He has a couple of European dogmeat recipes and I think (can´t
check, as I left the book at work) that there´s even an American one. Plus a
lot of very interesting recipes involving all manners of beasts.
