I make it not m'lord.  This came from the post of the gentle Nanna.  
She dwells in Iceland, and there is the author of the first Cooking 
Encyclopedia written in Icelandic, (a noble text which actually was 
shortlisted in the non-fiction category for the Icelandic Literary 
Prize!). 

Perhaps she can assist us further? :-)
