Adamantius, as the Ultimate Urban Yankee, likely wouldn't know REAL grits if
they landed on his plate!! (Hi, A ;-P ) Since Ian's s'posed to send me
some impala biltong, and I still have to re-send you those cook books which
came back, why don't I send you a package of grits as well? I can send you
the quick kind, although not the long cook kind, unless I can prevail on my
mom to bring some up.
Just remember, don't let the Yankee Barbarians steer you wrong- serve them
with butter and pepper. And if you REALLY want to do it right, serve them
alongside fried eggs, country ham, biscuits, and redeye gravy.

In the mean time, oh Members of the List, the lady has been holding out on
us. It seems, that while she's been in Africa, she's been collecting recipes
of African origin, but I have yet to see one posted. Shall we prevail upon
her to do the honorable thing, and post a few?

Phlip,
Still hoping the Yankee Barbarians can be housebroken.
