With the Ulu properly sharpened it cuts faster and with less stress to
the wrist than a standard knife. With a heavy knife I generally have to
place my other hand on the tip end of the blade to cut a frozen slab of
meat. With the Ulu, all I do is gently rock the blade and it slices
through. About 1/4 of the pressure is required.
