My pumpkin seeds are so popular, I get requests for them every year. 
After cleaning the pumkin, I rinse the goop off of the seeds, and pat
them dry on a paper towel.  I put them on a baking sheet, and sprinkle
them with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and Hungarian paprika.  I
toast them in an oven, stirring them half-way through to get even
toasting.  Oooh, they are so good!   Yum!
