For Grains of Paradise here in the states, theres' Tony Hill of Worldspice.com

He has email (hill at worldpice.com) and a web site. I know he does mail
order. I dont know about credit cards...I know his store doesnt take them,
but mail order might. I also know that he does mail order all over the
world with no problems (being a whiz at customs helps).
