Hey, Wanda,

Just got some really HOT horseradish- Yoder brand- and got a couple of
questions. Is horseradish period? How about HOT horseradish? If so, how was
it used? I like mine on crackers and cheese, with sausage, or roast beef, on
sandwiches, and in my shrimp cocktail mix (finally found a store brand I
don't have to add more than a dab to),  but I strongly suspect that those
aren't period usages. It's funny stuff- if cooked it loses most of its
flavor- witness so-called +ACI-hot+ACI- horseradish mustards. Any thoughts, even
from someone other than Wanda?
