Might I ask which email client you are using to compose your messages?

It is quite possible you are sending your messages in "Rich Text Format".
The extranious data appears to be formatting information, (i.e fonts,
color, sizing).

If you can look through the options in your email client and set your
"When Sending" options to "Plain Text" it should correct this problem.
