Really? I didn't know that and I've been drinking the stuff for years...must
be the alcohol deadening my tastebuds... ;-)  Thanks, I'll give it a whirl. 

Alternately, does anyone know of a Spice Merchant in the US, who stocks
Grains of Paradise and takes VISA or Mastercard? I've seen some great SCA
stockists on the web, but they don't do credit cards, only International
money orders. These cost UKP 10 (about USD 22) each here and are therefore
uneconomic in a major way for me. TIA.

	I couldn't help but commenting here. Since England is renowned for
gin
	production, I am amazed that this spice is so haed to come by there
since it
	is not an uncommon ingredients used in gin making. If you have a gin
plant
	near you, you might try comtacting them and explaining what is you
want and
	why. They might be able to point you in the right direction.
