Cindy, I'm sure you've already got a pretty good bibliography of stuff,
what are you looking for? Did you mean location meaning where the book was
written or published or location as in where the physical copy is located?
If you mean the origin of the book itself, one often overlooked resource is
Thomas Gloning's bibliography that's listed on the Medieval/Renaissance
Food Page. I can't remember what it's listed as there, it's a huge list of
books ranging from 1350-1800. The focus is on German stuff, but he's got a
lot of others in other languages as well.

Does anyone know of a good coomprehensive bibliography of cookbooks in U.S.
libraries that's current? Back in the 1978 Babara Feret published one that
lists books on cookery in Special Collections, but it wasn't very complete
and it's definitely outdated. The only way I know to find out what library
owns a particular book is to search an online data base such as MARC, that
lists the holdings for specific titles. An academic librarian can be your
best friend.
