Hey, A, I can't help it if I'm in the benighted backwoods of Yankee-land ;-)
In order to get good southern supplies, I have to do as your UUY stores do,
import them from the South. I was thinking, though, that the quick grits are
almost as good as the long-cooking kind, and an awful lot easier for someone
new to them to prepare- it's just the instant ones that are inedible.
