SC - Cookbook details required

I don't know if it was a BIG thing, but it certainly was a thing.  For
reference, see Banquetting  Stuff and Appetite and the Eye, for starters.
These are both from Univ of Edinboro, also available from Columbia Univ Press.
Edited by Ann Wilson, I think.  Unfortunately, they have both gone from $35
each to $50 each, and I'm not carrying them anymore as a result.  But there
should be lots of copies floating around in our--ahem--bookish circles.
