I've just heard from Bastion and he says it wasn't even sent to the 
Cook's List. He is contacting the List Administrator of the list he
sent it to. 

Sounds like some MAJOR crossed wires.

But it looks like things are back to normal now.

He and I express our apologies for the problems.
