Probably a regional thing. Malachi McCormick sez cabbage, Theodora
FitzGibbon sez kale. But then FitzGibbon is a Norman name, so whaddaya
want? (Never mind that particular Norman has been the food editor of The
Irish Times since Cuchullainn was a nipper...)
