I am trying to work my menuy for Lady's Champion's Tourney so it follows the 7
dishes recommended for service guidelines. I have two questions that I can't
seem to find the answer to. Can anyone help?
First, the first dish recommended is a Tafaya. I redacted the Isfidhabaya
recipe for that which is described as a simplem white Tafaya. The problem is
that it also recommends serving a feminine dish at this spot. The suggestion
is 'Refined vegetables' What are refined vegetables?
Second, withn the above example I am assuming that the feast was not
restricted to only 7 dishes but rather that each of the seven dishes were
central to each seperate service. Is this correct?
