I use coltsfoot all the time in my cold and cough tea mixes. When I lived
in a group house my flatmates all thought I was a bit mad with all my herbs
and teas. But when they got a cold it was "oh Kiriel, would you make me a
smoking mix" and "oh Kiriel please would you make me a cup of herbal tea".

Coltsfoot is one of my most valuable medicinal herbs.

Kiriel
There's nothing like a good cup of vervain, nettle, coltsfoot, rosehip and
hibiscus tea for what ails you.
