I have problems with both too-bright and too-dim lights. That's why I
usually go ahead and take my migraine pills before feast these days. I
don't mind eating under "normal" or mundane lighting....I like to see
what it is I'm eating. I still will light a couple candles on the table
for ambiance, but don't have to light enough that I have to worry about
singing hair reaching for the salt cellar or someone knocking one over
with a plate or bowl.
