Good Gentles,
I'm coming into this discussion late, and am not really sure about what is being
discussed.  But, using a dehydrator, I can come up with a pretty mean chicken stem
just by boiling the dried ingredients.  Chicken, rice, carrots, onion, beans, etc.
All it takes is boiling, and no refrigeration is required.
