Ditto for Cous Cous in Morocco.  Large central platter in the middle of
the table, and the diners use a bit of broth to form a loose 'ball' of
cous cous and stuff (meat and vegetables cooked in the broth) and eats
the ball with their hands.  If they're good.  (The folks on "Travelers"
didn't do so well, and were eventually issued spoons!)
