Oohhh that's a loaded question. . .

Influenced by many years of care packages at Christmas time from my father's
family in Germany I have to say for me its a dead tie between Ritter and Lindt
for eating chocolate.

For baking. . .I use the baking chocolate I can get at the grocery store. . .I
can't remember the brand and there's usually only one of two options. . .
