Hi all from Anne-Marie

Thanks for all the tips. The Pudding turned out great. the kids loved it
(of course). I combined elaina's recipe and very thorough instructions with
Martha Stewarts, who conveniently made it on TV while I was waiting for the
airport shuttle :).

The final recipe:
Beat together 2 c flour
2 1/2 cups milk
6 room temp eggs
1 tsp salt
make sure theres no lumps. Cover and store overnight in the fridge.

when the roast beast is done, remove it and the drippings. Pour in 1/4 cup
of the fat back into the pan and swirl to cover. Put back in the oven until
hot and smoking

Add the COLD batter to the HOT pan, and bake at 425 for about 1/2 hour. At
this point, my family made it evident that when I say it matters when we
serve, they dont believe me for some reason so I ended up turning down the
oven to about 350 for an0ther 20 min or so.

The pudding puffed up HUGE on the edges, and was all toasty brown. the
middle was a doughy texture that the kids loved. (but it was definately set).

thanks again for all your help on this. Maybe next year they'll trust me to
make something else, too! :)
