SC - serrated knive blades

Actually, we have a plethora of decent to excellent knives around [including one
set of horrendous k-mart serrated set of everything plus 6 steak knives that we
got as a wedding present that gets used out in the garage for sawing tubing and
the like] something on the order of 4 or 5 11" frenches, 5 or 6 utes, 4 3 1/2"
straight parers, 2 birds beak pearers, a couple of odds n ends including a
buffet slicer, several fillet and boning and garnishing tools. They range from
dick and wusthof to sabatier to henkels to a couple of custome jobs made by
friends [but no shadowmakers...:-( ] We both cook and like good equipment, and
make an effort to acquire it. Don't worry, you too can acquire goodies too, jsut
save the schekels and get them one at a time like we did.
