Hello!  Yes, I've also come across the notion of porridge being a 
plural noun.  Apparently this drifted out of use when Sassenachs took 
up the habit.  Could be worth adopting again?

By the way, Ras, I thought we Adamestorians lived in the land of the 
Lion King!
