Dairy- OK.

Fruit- Orange would be Bitter orange; currants would be "Zante raisons'
otherwise known as  'Raisons of coraunce' (Raisins of Corinth)

Grains- Fava beans and beoad beans are synonymous.

Freah herbs- Rue

Spices- 'Black' pepper, Long pepper

Vegetable- the Sloe berry is a fruit
