Hi:
What we started doing with our house is along with the mandatory water 
and gatorade made certain there were things to keep someone from 
falling over.  We started with orange slices, because a bit of sugar 
boost.  We then went to pickles because of the salt, oranges for the 
vitamins, and animal crackers because sometimes a bit of something more 
solid helped.  we knew when they had been fed and spoiled enough when 
complaining the water was warm.  This started with our household at an 
event we sponsor in SD and emerged into Principality fundamentals at 
Pennsic.
