Hi:
What we started doing with our house is along with the mandatory water
and gatorade made certain there were things to keep someone from
falling over. We started with orange slices, because a bit of sugar
boost. We then went to pickles because of the salt, oranges for the
vitamins, and animal crackers because sometimes a bit of something more
solid helped. we knew when they had been fed and spoiled enough when
complaining the water was warm. This started with our household at an
event we sponsor in SD and emerged into Principality fundamentals at
Pennsic.
