If you are concerned about cooking with it (because the flavor may be
bitter rather than sweet) you might consider using it for craft projects -
as for site tokens.
If you have the stick form tie/glue a ribbon to it and use it as is.
If you have the ground version make a cinnamon dough that can be rolled and
shaped or cut using a cookie cutter (think kingdom or baronial or guild or
event symbol.) Use a straw or a chopstick to make a hole to run a ribbon
through. Bake or dry thoroughly and use as site tokens... or as pomaders
to scent your closet, or get creative.
