Greeting -
I really like sour sourdough too. I concur that aging the starter makes a big
difference. As far as feeding the starter goes - does anyone have any ideas
on different things to feed them to get different results. My starter is
usually similar to Amish Friendship Bread - flour, sugar, milk. Anybody use
honey or yogurt? Recipes for unusual starters anyone?
