SC - Period Chili

Howdy folks!

	Yup, I already know that capsicum peppers/chiles are New World.
But where does paprika come from? A good friend of mine just brought a
couple of pounds of it from Hungary, and besides making goulash, and using
as a garnish, I don't know what to do with it.
