Glad to help. ;-) I was trying very hard to use the word 'carcophany'
somewhere in the description of cassia but couldn't quite get it to work. ;-)

Try True cinnamon as the spice in cinnmon rolls for your first experience with
it. That's what got me hooked. ;-)
