I came across this website:

It's a small collection of recipes including one from "Forme of Cury".

All the recipies have been "modernised" (dedacted?) and are from a book 
called "The British Museum Cookbook" by Michelle Berriedale-Johnson, 1987,  
British Museum Publications.
