Another night owl!  Night is so much less cluttered!

I like cornish hens stuffed with oranges and raisins.
I think you're right about differing acidity levels in oranges and
tangerines.  also the texture is different.  Texture in food is important.
Just ask any cat!  I must have been a cat in a previous life -- some
textures are too disgusting to eat.  oysters, for example.
