The advertised "red" verjuice may be manufactured from a red (when mature)
variety of grapes, rather than a green (when mature) variety, and will not
actually be red in color.  I would suggest someone with the ability send a
question to the providers of the verjuice in question to clarify the "red"
issue.  I'd be interested in knowing.
