I assume you are talking of Sir Thomas Edison, for I assume he would have
recieved that accolade if his country gave such titles. However, the lack
of light was only one of the problems as the kitchen crew also chopped it
up into many small pieces whereas if they had carefully cut it into slices,
there would have been the layered effect of the contrasting meats and 
seasonings.
