Believe me, with the right hunidity and barometric pressure, you could
recreate this feat again. One of the big factors in baking is humidity and BP,
which determines the amount of flour and the height of the rise. Humidity also
plays a large factor in unsuccessful attempts at thivkening gravies and
sauces.
