SC - Hummus and Other Questionably Period Foods

I answered two messages in the same letter. The recipes from humus come
from Gillie Bazans book "Classic Turkish Cooking", she call it Sicak
Hummus and from Neset Erens "The Art of Turkish Cooking". There its
called only "Mashed chick-peas. From Alya Algar I took the carrot
recipe.
